The condo is absolutely immaculate. It is situated directly on the 
intercoastal and near the ocean.  The complex is brand new. My unit 
is a corner unit which is worth every penny because of the amazing 
view on the balcony.  It is a 2 bed/ 2 bath. Living room and kitchen. 
Fully furnished with modern appliances.  Very clean and classy. 

Pool and lounging area. A few strides to the beach.  Nice 
area with a good Florida vibe. Very exclusive area with private 
parking.  Lots of windows and the sliding glass doors can be fully 
opened.  Also, you can eat breakfast outside on the balcony or dinner 
for a romantic evening for two or four. :)

The laundry room is at your fingertips which is great and the trash 
shoot.  Appliances include microwave , toaster oven, oven, 
dishwasher, and other kitchen items like electric mixer in case you 
want to bake a cake for that very special someone

activities include: parasailing , jet ski, boating, fishing, 
swimming, excursions. 
Basically, everything under the sun. 
The activities include all that listed above and so much more.  If 
you have ever been to South Florida for vacation you know that having 
a boat is everything.  You will have the convenience of hoping on a 
boat and cruising up and down the intercoastal. Perhaps, park and 
dock the boat at a restaurant and dine.  This is such a treat!!! and 
a plus.  

Rates vary according to season and length of stay.
The condo is available for weekly or monthly renters or longer.
Of course, winter is more costly however, it is reasonable compared 
to a quality hotel. 
For the winter months I usually charge somewhere around 3,000-4,000 
per month and about 1,200 per week. because it is a corner unit.
